The Carol Forrest, P.E. Memorial Watershed Management Scholarship is focused on encouraging students to enter and complete graduate studies in water resources related to storm water and urban runoff. Student scholarships will encourage graduate level research in improving how runoff is managed during construction, after land development (i.e., post-construction), in response to natural disasters (i.e., wildfires), or other events that affect water quality related to the protection or improvement of the health of receiving water systems and/or public property.
